Sample panel and map files
A phased genotype data file of a population panel: phased panel data
A map file denoting all SNPs in panel file: map_file
Note: in case that HapMap population panel data are used, these 2 files can be directly downloaded from HapMap project (.phased.gz and .legend.gz files)
Sample recombination rate file
The required recombination rate files can be obtained by first downloading population recombination files from IMPUTE website then converting to required format using the perl script "make_r.pl" included in the package.
