  4. summary_stats_avg.tar.gz: summary statistics from genome-wide association analysis of averaged phenotype values. Genotypes are given in the BIMBAM genotype file format: *.geno files store genotype estimates, and *.meangeno files contain posterior mean genotype estimates. See Sections 3.3 and 3.4 of the BIMBAM software manual for more details.
